and Alliances Director with experience in managing
​ ​
partner relationships, marketing events (trade shows,webinars, conferences) and marketing operations (brochures,
​ ​
flyers, campaign events, emails, website updates, blogs etc.).

The successful candidate will have responsibility for
​ ​
all strategic and operational
​ ​
aspects of 
arketing and Trade Shows

Job Requirements:
  • Implement marketing programs for monthly, quarterly and annual events such as trade shows, customer appreciation events, web conferences, product demonstrations, user group meetings, social media pages, website updates and more.
  • Produce clear and compelling marketing materials to support the above programs and keep them up to date as information changes or evolves.
  • Create
    ​ ​
    product videos for sales presentations and for website and YouTube marketing channels.
  • ​​
    ​ ​
    e-mail campaigns including developing themes, organizing weekly mailings, tracking results and coordinating with inside sales personnel.
  • Work with product teams to assist in product launch planning and execution, including developing product data sheets.
  • Manage and
    ​ ​
    Lead inside sales team on lead generation activities, follow through on webinar and conference contacts - develop leads to setup customer appointments for demo, presentation ordiscussion by involving sales, pre-sales and product teams.
  • Produce marketing plan for the year and by month or quarter as needed. 
  • ​​
    Produce weekly status update reports on progress of various initiatives.

Job Requirements:
​ ​
  • Build strategic relationships with partners and develop sales channels and leads through that process.
  • Track and manage partner events with Oracle and other partners and create action plans for the company to participate and promote those events.
  • Build and expand strategic partner relationships by product,  industry and region and nurture those relationships.
  • Elevate company brand and image within those partner relationships and execute regional/industry/product strategy to become premier partner in respective area.
  • Train and track and manage training for other marketing and inside sales team members to help them under partner offerings relationships and services.
Experience and Qualifications required:
  • Experience with Constant Contact, PipeDrive, Google Apps, MailChimp, Asana (task management), MS Office, LinkedIn, SlideShare, Facebook and Twitter as sales and marketing tools and platforms.
  • Prior experience in working with Oracle partners or system integrator working on Oracle Cloud or PeopleSoft packaged applications.
  • Develop and modify the website content using Wordpress CMS.
  • Experience in alliance or partner management, lead generation, event management, marketing plan, trade shows, webinars.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing or Communications background helpful.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe Creative Suite
    ​ ​
    and all mediums of social media.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with all levels of management as well as within a team and independently as needed.
  • Must be extremely motivated and resourceful to drive business results.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills are a must.
