Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Techno-Functional SME to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing the PeopleSoft Financials platform. This role requires a well-rounded individual with strong functional understanding and deep technical skills across the core Financials modules.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering and translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.

• Provide domain expertise across key FSCM modules, including:

  • Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • General Ledger (GL)

  • Purchasing

  • Billing

  • Asset Management (AM)

  • Contract Management (including module enhancements and streamlining approval workflows)

• Analyze and optimize business processes with best practice recommendations.

• Prepare and validate functional specs, configuration documentation, and test plans.

• Oversee data mapping and configuration validation efforts.

• Manage production issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and conduct end-user training sessions.

Technical Responsibilities

• Leverage PeopleTools (v8.56 and above), PeopleCode, and Application Engine for development and customizations.

• Develop and debug Application Engine programs and reports.

• Utilize PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) for testing automation (preferred).

• Build PS Queries and SQL-based reports.

• Support PUM image updates, PeopleTools upgrades, and system enhancements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all technical and functional levels.

• Utilize experience with Fluid UI, WorkCenters, and Approval Workflow frameworks.

• Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus.

Required Qualifications

• 7–8 years of proven experience as a Techno-Functional PeopleSoft FSCM consultant.

• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.5x+.

• Prior involvement in FSCM implementation or upgrade projects (preferred).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with innovative thinking.
