Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.2 Techno-Functional SME to support the full lifecycle of implementation, enhancement, and optimization activities. This role combines functional domain expertise across the student lifecycle with technical development capabilities, ensuring delivery of robust, scalable, and innovative solutions for higher education institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Campus Solutions 9.2 modules:

  • Admissions, Student Records, Academic Advisement, Student Financials

  • Campus Community, Class Scheduling, Enrollment, Financial Aid (preferred)

• Lead requirement gathering, functional design workshops, and fit-gap analysis.

• Configure system components, develop functional specs, and support business process redesign.

• Drive key initiatives including:

  • Apply for Graduation / Change of Major workflows

  • Instructor Term Workload batch process

  • PeopleSoft–HubSpot integration

  • ConexED implementation (replacing SARS PC Track)

  • ASR Analytics and APPR Tuition Waiver

  • Team collaboration and ticket lifecycle management

• Manage production support, testing (UAT, regression), and documentation delivery.

• Provide end-user training and post-deployment support.

Technical Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions using:

  • PeopleTools 8.5x/8.6x (PeopleCode, App Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker)

  • BI Publisher and SQR

• Develop technical artifacts: customizations, batch processes, reports, and integrations.

• Support Campus Solutions upgrades, PUM image applications, and patch management.

• Utilize PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) for automation (preferred).

• Create PS/SQL queries for data extracts, analytics, and reporting.

• Ensure system integration with third-party platforms including CRM, LMS, and payment systems.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of techno-functional experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.2.

• Deep understanding of student lifecycle processes and higher education operations.

• Proven development experience with PeopleTools and related frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with Campus Solutions upgrades and environment patching.

• Strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with public universities or community colleges.

• Familiarity with Fluid UI, WorkCenters, and mobile/self-service solutions.

• Integration experience with Oracle Cloud, LMS (Canvas, Blackboard), or SIS platforms.

• Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

• Certifications in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions or Oracle Cloud (preferred but not required).
