Astute Business Solutions is an Oracle Cloud partner and PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, and Banner consulting firm based in Dublin, CA.  Astute is currently looking to hire a PeopleSoft HCM Absence Management Functional Consultant for a Federal Re-implementation contract.

Title: PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Absence Management Functional Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: FTE, No contractors

Salary: $150k Plus Benefits

Primary Tasks will Include:

o    Ability to work on all project phases including configuration, specifications, testing, and transition to operations

o    Configure the PeopleSoft system to meet clients unique business requirements

o    Configure complex Absence Management rules driven by federal and state regulations

o    Produce and advise other team members tasked with writing functional specs

o    Provide input on security roles/permission lists & testing scripts/scenarios

o    Assist client team in fully integrating the PeopleSoft system into their current business environments and provide input on best practices

o    Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on business processes or systems

o    Consistently produce clear, concise status reports

 

Requested Skills & Experience:

o    Minimum of 8 years PeopleSoft experience

o    Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2

o    Full lifecycle Implementation experience

o    Solid understanding of setup tables and reporting

o    Solid understanding of integration of all HCM modules

o    Expert knowledge in Absence Mgmt and related eApps

o    Knowledge of Payroll for N.A and Global Payroll

o    Experience configuring Absence Mgmt at clients who run a mix of both lag and non-lag payroll configurations.

o    Proven Public Sector and Higher-Ed business knowledge as well as PeopleSoft specific functional knowledge

o    Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations

o    Clear and effective communication
