Astute Business Solutions is an Oracle Cloud partner and PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, and Banner consulting firm based in Dublin, CA.  Astute is currently looking to hire a Succession Planning PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Consultant

 

Job Title: Succession Planning PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Consultant

Duration: FTE, No contractors
Salary:  $150k

Only U.S. citizens will qualify for this position. No security clearance required.
Please note that Candidates with a Green Card or H1b will NOT be accepted for this position.

This position will assist in the following: 

• reviewing and analyzing system capabilities, specifications, requirements, processes and procedures 

• writing detailed description of user needs 

• developing and testing business scenarios; system testing and integration testing with other HR business modules 

• formulating logical descriptions of problems and optimum solutions

• providing support in defining security roles, queries and reports

 

Required:

At least 8 years of experience of PeopleSoft HCM functional knowledge, system capabilities and integrations with other HR processes to include profile management, competency management, ePerformance, career planning, administer training or ELM.

At least 5 years of experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 Succession Planning module
