 Job Title: PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM Benefit Administration Functional Consultant

Duration: Full-Time Employment,  No Contractors Please

Salary:  $135k to $145k Per year plus Benefits

Only U.S. citizens will qualify for this position. No security clearance required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of hands-on implementation experience as a PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant, specifically with PeopleSoft 9.2 Benefits Administration (Ben Admin).

• Proven experience in 3–4 successful implementations of PeopleSoft HCM Benefits Administration.

• Expertise in assessing eForms, related reports, locations, and recommended workflow setups.

• Ability to support Fit-Gap analysis, project planning, defect resolution, and implementation efforts.

• Proficiency in identifying gaps, recommending solutions, and delivering insights for a seamless transition.

• Experience in reporting and forms design, as well as addressing remaining functional designs post-implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide actionable recommendations for PeopleSoft HCM Ben Admin.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project plans, analyze gaps, and implement solutions.

• Assist with functional designs, reporting, and eForms for post-implementation processes.
