Job Title: PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM Developer
Duration: Full-Time, No contractors, Please
Salary: $125k to $135k per year Plus Benefits
Identify and troubleshoot bug fixes, defects, and configuration issues.
Provide knowledge, recommendations, and resolutions on PeopleSoft technical issues.
Works with Functional Analysts in design, development, testing, documentation, and maintenance of Peoplesoft customizations.
Code and unit tests for PeopleSoft customizations.
Migrate projects/objects from development to test.
Prepare production migration requests with all supporting information for the move to the production environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
8 years' expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM in a development or some functional consultant role.
6 years expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, People Code, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.
Ability to provide expert customer service.
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Capabilities:
PeopleSoft upgrades and testing.
PeopleSoft selective adoption process.
PeopleSoft production support, troubleshooting, testing, and resolutions.
Expert-level knowledge of the following:
SDLC methodology and processes.
SQL.
Oracle 19C databases.
REST-based webservers.
App Designer.
SQR.
AWE.
PeopleCode.
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science & Engineering or Equivalent Degree.
