As we continue to scale, we are looking for a HubSpot expert to refine our "Quote-to-Cash" process and elevate our digital outreach to Oracle users and IT decision-makers.

 


Role Summary

As the HubSpot Quote & Campaign Analyst, you will own the technical execution of our sales and marketing collateral. You will be responsible for ensuring that our Oracle-related service proposals are professional and accurate, while managing email nurture tracks that educate our leads on Cloud Infrastructure, Managed Services, and Digital Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

1. HubSpot Quote & Proposal Architecture

  • Oracle Service Templates: Develop and maintain HubSpot Quote templates specifically for Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, and Managed Services contracts.

  • CPQ Alignment: Manage the HubSpot Product Library to ensure line items, SKU descriptions, and "Statement of Work" (SOW) snippets are up-to-date.

  • Sales Enablement: Assist our Account Executives in generating complex, multi-year quotes and ensuring e-signature workflows are seamless.

2. Targeted Email Campaigns

  • Nurture Sequences: Build and optimize automated 1:1 sales sequences for our business development team targeting Oracle customers.

  • Marketing Newsletters: Execute monthly email campaigns focusing on Astute’s webinars, whitepapers, and Oracle-specific updates.

  • Database Segmentation: Use HubSpot’s active lists to segment our database by Oracle product interest (e.g., OCI, PeopleSoft, Move-to-Cloud).

3. Analytics & Automation

  • Performance Reporting: Track "Proposal Open" rates and "Email Click-Through" rates, providing insights on which messaging resonates with IT Directors and CFOs.

  • Workflow Automation: Build internal notifications to alert the team when a high-intent prospect interacts with a quote or a specific case study.

 


Required Qualifications

  • Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience in HubSpot Sales & Marketing Hubs (Professional/Enterprise tiers).

  • IT/Oracle Familiarity: A basic understanding of the IT Consulting landscape or the Oracle ecosystem is highly preferred.

  • Technical Writing: Ability to proofread and format technical descriptions for clarity and visual appeal.

  • Data-Driven: Proficiency in HubSpot’s Custom Report Builder to track campaign ROI.

  • Location: Must be based in the USA to align with our core business operations.
