Astute Business Solutions is an Oracle Cloud partner and PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, and Banner consulting firm based in Dublin, CA.  Astute is currently looking for an FTE for the following role:

 

Job Title: PeopleSoft Sr Developer (FSCM)

Location: Remote with some travel

Start Date: April 1, 2026

Duration: FTE or CTH

Scope of Work

• Identify and troubleshoot bug fixes, defects, and configuration issues.

• Provide knowledge and recommendations on PeopleSoft technical issues.

• Works with Functional Analysts in design, development, testing, documentation, and maintenance of PeopleSoft customizations.

• Code and unit tests for PeopleSoft customizations.

• Migrate projects/objects from development to test.

• Prepare production migration requests with all supporting information for move to the production environment.

 

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• 6+ years of expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.

• 6+ years of  expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.

 

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Capabilities

• 8-10 years of expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.

• 8-10 years expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.
  
  
  Experience with the following:  

• PeopleSoft upgrades and testing.

• PeopleSoft selective adoption process.

• Ability to provide expert customer service.  

 Expert-level knowledge of the following:

• SDLC methodology and processes.

• SQL.

• Oracle 19C databases.

• REST-based webservers.

• App Designer.

• SQR.

• AWE.

• PeopleCode.
