Astute Business Solutions is an Oracle Cloud partner and PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, and Banner consulting firm based in Dublin, CA. Astute is currently looking to hire an Oracle HCM SaaS Functional Consultant.

Job Title: Oracle HCM SaaS Functional Consultant

Location: Remote 

Employment Type: Contractor (part-time 20hrs a week)

Experience Level: Senior (7+ years)

 Your Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support and guidance on Oracle SaaS HCM Techno functional aspects, including reporting, helpdesk, authorizations, and access management.

• Lead and participate in projects, enhancements, and incident resolution, ensuring timely and effective solution delivery.

• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business requirements.

• Stay updated with the latest Oracle SaaS HCM releases and best practices, ensuring our systems are optimized and secure.

• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

• Document and maintain technical specifications, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and system health checks to identify areas for optimization.

• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored technical solutions.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining the integrity and security of our systems.

Your Skills and Experience

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle SaaS HCM techno-functional consulting, with a strong focus on reporting, helpdesk, authorizations, and access management.

• Proven track record of successful project delivery and incident resolution in a complex enterprise environment.

• Excellent knowledge of Oracle SaaS HCM modules and best practices.

• Experience with Oracle SaaS HCM reporting tools and techniques.

• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
