Role Overview

Astute Business Solutions, an Oracle Cloud partner and leader in PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, and Banner solutions, is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to spearhead AI-enabled transformation initiatives. This is not just a "maintenance" role; you will lead the charge in integrating Artificial Intelligence into core business processes—specifically within AP Automation, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Expenses, and Campus Solutions.

You will work at the intersection of traditional ERP excellence and cutting-edge machine learning, ensuring our clients modernize their enterprise systems with precision and high ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Implementation Leadership: Drive the full lifecycle of AI/ML projects, from data readiness and model selection to deployment and post-go-live monitoring.

• Domain-Specific Delivery: Manage the rollout of AI-driven features for AP Automation (OCR/Extraction), CLM (Risk Scoring/Discovery), and Campus Solutions (Predictive Analytics).

• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead matrixed teams of Data Scientists, Functional Consultants, and Cloud Architects to deliver integrated solutions within Oracle and PeopleSoft ecosystems.

• Project Governance: Define project scope, milestones, and KPIs. Manage budgets, resource allocation, and timelines using Agile or Hybrid methodologies.

• Risk & Ethics Management: Conduct rigorous risk assessments focusing on AI-specific challenges, including data privacy, algorithmic bias, and model performance.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between technical delivery teams and executive leadership, translating complex AI concepts into clear business value.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• The AI Edge: A solid understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle (data ingestion, training, validation, and deployment) and how it integrates with enterprise ERPs.

• ERP Familiarity: Experience or familiarity with Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, or Banner is highly preferred.

• Strategic Communication: Ability to lead "change management" conversations, helping users transition from manual processes to AI-augmented workflows.

• Technical Tools: Mastery of Asana, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.

• Certifications: PMP Certification is required. AI/Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, PMI-CP) are a major plus.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of PM experience, with a proven track record of managing automation or data-centric IT projects.
