Astute Business Solutions, an Oracle Cloud Managed Service Provider and Implementer seeks a motivated and experienced Marketing Director to lead and manage all inbound and outbound marketing activities for the company.

Salary:  $130k to $150k Plus Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits and 401(K) with Employer Match

The successful candidate will lead and manage strategic and tactical aspects of Astute's Go-To-Market, define annual marketing budgets and plans, and work with a team to execute those plans. This position is critical to the growth of our business and will report directly to the core leadership team at Astute.

Job Requirements:

1. Define and Implement marketing strategy and plan to grow Astute's market presence for Cloud services and solutions.

2. Tie marketing strategy and plan to core company objectives

3. Define and implement tactical plans for Cloud service offerings and solutions and develop GTM plans for each

4. Work with a team to create, publish, track, and report on marketing assets including but not limited to conference exhibits, website pages, landing pages, virtual and in-person conference events, thought leadership articles, newsletters, User Group meetings, Social Media pages, Web site, etc.

5. Produce clear and compelling marketing materials and copy. Understand Astute business model, service offerings, customer stories, and partnerships and write copy for various marketing assets and activities.

6. Manage vendor relationships including Channel sales partners, product partners, and service partners.

7. Enhance Astute's video content library with explainer videos, short product and service promotional videos, customer testimonials, webinar videos, etc.

8. Use marketing assets in integrated, multi-channel campaigns including email, social, and others to generate inbound leads.

9. Create marketing campaigns to meet goals set for MQL. Measure and report on a monthly basis.

10. Manage, track, and report campaign performance, tweak campaign based on performance metrics

11. Track MQLs and hand them to the sales team to develop the lead into an opportunity.

12. Interview various technical and business resources at Astute to produce blog content. Publish and manage blogs

13. Work with product teams to assist in product launch planning and execution, including developing product datasheets.

14. Must be willing to travel to attend trade shows and conferences.
     

Experience and Qualifications required: 

1. 10+ years of Marketing experience with the majority of it in digital marketing focused on inbound lead generation, marketing strategy, and execution

2. Exceptional written skills used to create compelling copy for various marketing assets

3. Experience with one or more of the following tools and services: ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram

4. Experience doing similar work for other Cloud partners in a similar capacity as Marketing Head

5. Experience with Oracle service providers and Oracle Cloud partners is a plus

6. Ability to rapidly develop an understanding of current market position and offerings and develop a plan to drive growth

7. Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills

8. Critical thinking skills

9. Thorough with great attention to detail

10. Bachelor’s degree
